My apologies, Glen- did not mean to rain on your parade. Doom and gloom is
not all bad as it means that you are solidly rooted in reality!

Paper has been reduced exponentially in the last few years and who should
get the credit for that? Records professionals! That said, paper has not
and will not disappear. I would love it to. I am sure you would love it to.

 Learn SQL before HTML. Every Records Manager should know how to backup a
database using SQL (provacative statement, I know) or a derivative database
programming language.

What would be your number one take away from your years in Records?
