I perceive a disconnect, there.  The IG was looking into recordkeeping 
responsibilities; the conservative hired gun is looking for people 
having conversations which might be juicy titbits for his 
spin-doctoring.  "Most conflicted parties imaginable?"  Wow - hyperbole, 
much?
