DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! In keeping with October's theme, Mr. Rice will tell some real- life "RIM Horror Stories." Spoliation. Suspensions. Fraud. Sanctions. Negligence. Destroyed documents. These scary tales are real and have been ripped from news headlines. He will then analyze and deconstruct each story, and suggest tips for preventing these events from happening to you and your organization.

Speaker Biography:
Matthew Rice graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate and is an attorney in private practice in Vancouver, Washington, focusing his practice on intellectual property and contract litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Rice managed the contracts of Portland Community College and consulted with other local firms on litigation document management issues and he has offered regular trainings on the issues of electronic document management.
