I would recommend they change point "4" to accommodate for that. To me the way it is worded I just see a vendor wanting to add more efficient shelving and cabinets. Reality is that the office will be getting smaller and workforces will be more free to work from various locations and not necessarily an office. So why not start planning for that now.
