Good morning!

Since many of this esteemed group travels and travels a lot, I thought the following was good info from Dr. Stork, of The Doctors:


*        When flying, put your personal air vent on full to keep "bugs" from landing on you

*        Keep hands clean and use sanitizer frequently

*        Keep alcohol enjoyment at a minimum, since alcohol suppresses good health
