MORENO VALLEY: Council to consider destroying records sooner | Moreno
Valley News | PE.com - Press-Enterprise

The Moreno Valley City Council -- beleaguered by a federal investigation
and pending lawsuits -- is expected on Tuesday, Oct. 22, to authorize
wiping out records that some on Friday said may lead to destruction of
evidence.

The agenda for Tuesday night's council meeting includes a resolution
adopting new citywide record-keeping schedules and authorizing earlier
destruction of some city records, which could include documents, emails,
electronic files and other materials such as videos of council meetings.
