Only a third report that they work around the roadblocks? That seems low
to me, actually, based upon my PhD study. I suspect that some of the
people studied were like those I studied - they didn't own up to
violating RM policy, but would go on to explain why what they were doing
(keeping convenience copies) wasn't so much of a violation - they'd
rationalize it away, in other words.
