I will second all of what he said.  I am in the midst of working with a
client to create a records retention schedule where (an approved) one does
not exist, and this is the advice/process we suggest.  And I'm happy to say
that the client is in a warm and sunny part of the country.  Freeze Watch in
effect for my neighborhood tomorrow morning.  Time to head for the
desert!...

So on a lighter note - I will see some of you in a few days in Las Vegas.
