Chuck Schumer is trying to stop a State Department plan to return 2,700 ancient Jewish artifacts to Iraq. The artifacts — including 2,700 books and tens of thousands of documents — were stolen from Baghdad's Jewish community by former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.
