First I would disagree (respectfully of course) that the response was snarky as you like to say.
1-I found the 2014 Conference on the arma website pretty quickly 30 seconds or less
2-I also found the 2014 Conference using google in 30 seconds or less and yes I did have to glance at a few links but the answer was on the first page.
2a-The OP was from Canada so it also offered a conference in England (bonus)
The original OP asked for an answer and they had two ways to see it.  It was not intended to be Snarky, it provided a few more choices so overall a win.
