Aloha All,

Just wanted to interject that we (inclusive of the Hawaii Convention Center) have tried to bid on a future ARMA conference, but have received an "ambivalent" response from ARMA...Granted, Hawaii isn't the "cheapest" place to have a conference, but it is a destination and a "gateway" to the Asia-Pacific.  Besides, I've always heard from fellow ARMA members the typical question of "when is ARMA holding the conference in Hawaii?" every year...

Well folks, I just wanted to tell you all that we've tried and will continue to do so, but we can't do anything if ARMA doesn't want to come to our friendly shores...
