Morgan Stanley sues ex-employee over wrong phone numbers - The Tell - MarketWatch Denis O’Brien, a financial adviser at Morgan Stanley MS <http://marketwatch.com/investing/stock/MS> in small-town Connecticut, was about to quit his job and was keen to take his clients with him. So just before he left, he allegedly changed their phone numbers in Morgan Stanley’s computer systems. Morgan Stanley promptly sued O’Brien, alleging breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets.
