I heard good things about the Change Game session as well. 

I thought the Fellows Forum was good as it was a point/counterpoint setup and allowed you to hear opposing perspectives and gave some instances of being able to overcome some of the arguments that may stand in your way. 

As many others have said, the greatest value to me is the individual interactions with others in the field.  Hearing what has worked in their programs, what has failed, our impressions on the future of profession and how to best position our programs for the future. The List Serve provides a sampling of that, but I feel there are a much wider array of perspectives at the conference.
