Was it better than the Opening Session? I liked all of the education sessions in general, except for one (i.e. Headlights...) that I got "locked out" because it was full...Although I liked Mr. Abagnale's story, I would have preferred something more along the lines of technology, etc. which related to our profession. The Technology in the Spotlight panel discussion was an utter disaster in my opinion, as I had trouble hearing the discussion and it seemed to ramble on without my cohesion...Just my opinion.
I applaud AIIM in getting Guy Kawasaki to be their keynote for their conference...That's a BIG coup and he's a fabulous speaker if you've never seen him before. And no, Wilkins didn't pay me to say this... :-)
