The qualified candidate will be responsible for the coordination of upcoming activities with Federal Records Officer; creation of various policies to address all facets of paper and electronic Records Management programs; develop plans to meet Records Management needs identified by Federal staff; direct the activities of Jr. Records Management staff; and identify areas of weakness (policy, training, compliance) and develops plans to address and meet requirements.
The qualified candidates will possess a BS Degree. Must have 3-5 years Federal Government Contracting experience; excellent communications skills (written and verbal); the ability to construct Records Programs including inventorying records, creating training presentations, compliance programs, etc.; and experience instituting Electronic Records Programs. NARA Certification Required
