Just for the record:

The object of this search is a "venereal noun", i.e. a customized, collective term for records managers.

For those who can't get enough of this, consider the book *An Exaltation of larks: or, the venereal game* by James Lipton (1968).

It is an annotated compendium of venereal nouns.
