Earl,

Our Workforce Excellence department handles capturing the tacit knowledge
that so many of these long-term employees acquire during their careers. I
don't know the exact process, but I know they work with them to turn this
knowledge in to SOPs that other employees can reference and learn from for
years to come.

I can put you in touch with the person who manages that process if it would
be helpful.
