At the same time our Workforce Excellence group is gathering this
knowledge, they are also analyzing the processes to ensure the greatest
efficiency. I would agree with David, in that you don't want to document a
process for the sake of documentation as you might be making official a bad
process and missing an opportunity for process improvement.
