ARMA Boston will be sponsoring a CRM Exam Prep Workshop on February 4th & 5th, 2014, at the Landmark Center at 401 Park Drive in Boston. 
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, headquartered at Landmark, has graciously permitted use of a fully equipped instruction space (4th floor, East Wing).

Beginning at 9:00 a.m., the two-day agenda is scheduled as follows:

February 4th / Day One

*     Part 5: Technology 
Instructor: Michael DeVanna, CRM 

February 5th / Day Two
*     Part 6: Written Case Studies 
 Instructors: Becky Darsch, CRM and Melissa Strawhecker, CRM

The sessions will conclude at approximately 5:00pm each day.
