For career location, I would have to say somewhere in Oregon (Any openings anyone?) or any place from North Cal to Washington state. More moderate weather, low pollen counts, beautiful scenery, and reasonably good infrastructure, are all very nice attributes. As opposed to the pollen laden Midwest where we sometimes have to chew our air instead of breathing it. Not to mention our wonderful weather like today with a forecast high temperature of 19 F and low tonight of 3 F. I know other folks in the West and South are in much worse shape today but we aren't used to this level of cold this early in winter. I am extremely thankful we are only going to get clipped by the snow. Kansas City drivers turn into deranged, reckless fools when the first snowflake hits the road so it's a good weekend to stay inside.

Everyone - please stay warm and be safe if you have to go out in the bad weather this weekend.
