For me it'd be Louisville, KY!  Although as a former RM consultant I've lived in many places, and Houston, and DC are my top favorites, but my first RM job was in southern Indiana (at PSI), just across the Oho River from Louisville.  Got to know the area and really liked it, being right on the water doesn't hurt, reasonable cost of living, great weather, and not too far from the "big cities."  Louisville is not a bad place to be.
