I'm not sure what it is you're looking for, Alex. Most RIM budgets are fairly generic:  various staff costs (gross salary, benefits, OT, etc.), equipment maintenance, supplies, off-site storage (CRC) expenditures, mobile communications, etc.

Or do you have "New Needs" in mind, such as migration to another RMA or consulting for a project?
