Are you planning on any capital purchases? if so when? don't forget recurring items such as software maintenance costs. be sure to calculate future costs and as someone else pointed out next year's budget really needs to be done before the end of the year Also make sure you have the necessary backup for each of your line items so that when someone asks "where did this number come from?" you can show them.
