Happy New Year everyone. To start the new year I'm going to ask some pure
records management questions to for you to chew on.

For those of you who have functional schedules or big bucket schedules:

1. Do you designate an Office of Record for each (or for some) record
series on the public/published edition of your schedule?

2. Do you designate a System of Record for each (or for some) record
series that are exclusively data in applications in the public/published
edition of your schedule?

For those of you with international retention schedules:

If you have one country (not your organization's home country) that has a
legal retention period for a record series that is substantially longer
than the retention period of all of your other countries for that one
record series, is it your practice to:

a. Extend the retention period for that one record series to the period
required by that outlier country.

b. Make a separate record series for the records (of that specific record
series only) from the outlier country

c. Make a completely separate records retention schedule for that country
(and/or for each country).

e. other.

Thanks in advance for your responses.
