Sadly, like many articles, this is presented from the point of a person
VERY unfamiliar with RIM practices.

The writer seems to think many/most RIMs are paper pushers who have no
concept of how to address information generated or received through
non-paper sources, when quite the opposite is true.

Many of us have been wielding the "Vorpal Sword of RIM Practices" against
the "Jabberwocky of Technological Information Sources" since early on...
but unfortunately, the "Bloody Big Heads of Organizational Management" have
failed to listen and provide many of us the opportunity to "Serve as Their
Champion".

...and yes, thank you to Tim Burton and his wicked adaptation of 'Alice'
and the final battle scene for those visuals...
