So I'm only lurking on and don't want to step on toes but from the lessons we learned after Katrina where water was everywhere and records in cardboard boxes were a nightmare the use waxed boxes that the State of La used survived in really pretty good shape.  Just a side note of humor, if one could find that in the situation that Katrina created, the boxes they use are typically manufactured for the shipment of chicken or seafood.
