Baxter County Clerk Canda Reese said Monday that she and four deputies have
completed training to build and operate the state’s Contexte and
CourtConnect case management software and viewing systems.Baxter County
inched ahead of most other Arkansas counties in the digital effort late
last year with receipt of an AOC Recorders Automated System grant. Reese
said the county received $34,000 to be used toward converting land records
for the years 1981 to 1995 from microfilm to a portable document format
(PDF).
