This is not my first post, however, I don't believe I properly introduced myself. My name is Barbara Rake and I am the Records Management Specialist in the Records Management Policy & Compliance group at ConocoPhillips in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. I retired from Chevron as Manager of Corporate Inactive Records after 35 ½ years of service, got bored and was fortunate enough to find another Records position. My expertise at COP is the Global Retention Schedule. I read the posts on this forum every day and have culled a great deal of valuable information from the posts.
My question today is: Does anyone have any requirements around versioning in your systems, i.e., OpenText (Livelink), SharePoint, or any other system you may use? Also, do you have a limit on the number of versions?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Barbara L. Rake
