Hello everyone - 

I rarely post questions but follow this list.  

Does anyone know of any consequences of not completing mandatory, annual 
records management training?  This is required of all employees at my company.

We are looking at simply reporting non-completers up through our governance 
structure with varying levels of consequences left to their leadership.  

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
