Good idea. A couple of comments:

1. In general I don't like 'days', but they are ok if it's part of an
ongoing program to embed this behaviour as business as usual, all day every
day

2. All this applies to electronic as well as hardcopy, so Alt is better
said as 'is there a better way to do the process this document is part of?
(and scanning is far too late in any process, better to go electronic from
the start so you never have paper to scan!)

Anyway, I've stolen CAD and sent it to my boss, we'll negotiate royalties
in due course.

Thanks

Glenn

These views are mine alone. They may or may not be those of any
previous or present employers or clients. I don't know. If I'd asked and
they'd agreed, I would have signed it "Harry Peck and Co and Glenn".
Or whatever. But I haven't, so I didn't.
