agreed. All IT folk I've worked with over 30 years deliberately do not and
will not understand records management, they always insist it means what I
call archiving.

So yes, dumbed-down, simplistic, easy to understand in words of one
syllable ideas like a 'clean up day' do work better for IT folk.

And of course, some of my best friends are IT folk (grin).
