Alex, good point that a tickler on contracts is a good idea and worth the few seconds it takes to do that.  I this case the contract is not up however and they are only allowed not more than 5% so I am sure I will get this resolved it is just a matter of time involved.

Hi Glen,

20% is very steep.

I have learned that you must always make sure to note when a contract is up and to never let a contract automatically renew. In fact, I use outlook and set a reminder 90 days in advance of a contract termination date, You may want to see if they will allow you to renegotiate.
