Paul,
I would also consider attending a CRM preparation seminar if one is
available near you. A number of ARMA chapters offer them over the year.
They not only explain the exam process but also cover the areas that are
tested as well as resources. Plus you build a network and might find a
mentor that can help you prepare for the exams.
A note to chapters - if you have an upcoming ICRM prep seminar this year
please email the specifics, including a link to the announcement, and I
will post on the ICRM website.
