Substantially smaller is an understatement. Don't forget the AIIM which is also a job aggregator but allows to enter resumes, etc.

To echo what Bruce said, I find it troubling that ARMA did away with their career board in favor of some job aggregator that does not really serve a strong purpose. I can already go to Career Builder or Monster and do a search, but it was really handy that ARMA usually had an inventory of 5-10 Records Management positions in which to consider without all the noise you receive when searching on the aggregation sites.
Thankfully the ICRM still has their jobs board, but the inventory on that board has always been substantially smaller.
