District Attorney decides to not file charges after Poudre School District's destruction of records - FORT COLLINS, Colo. - The Larimer County DA says it will not pursue charges against the Poudre School District after it destroyed public records to keep them from the family of a special needs child. The office of DA Cliff Riedel said it could not prove the district tampered with evidence. Additionally, the DA said the statute of limitations in the case had expired before the complaint was brought to law enforcement. http://bit.ly/1j9XEei Source: http://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/call7-investigators/district-attorney-decides-to-not-file-charges-after-poudre-school-districts-destruction-of-records-031814 See if people are clicking on this link: http://bit.ly/1j9XEei+ Try the bitly.com sidebar to see who is talking about a page on the web: http://bitly.com/pages/sidebar List archives at http://lists.ufl.edu/archives/recmgmt-l.html Contact [log in to unmask] for assistance To unsubscribe from this list, click the below link.
