Abdul, in addition to seeking recommendations on the RMA software, you might want to check on the ability of the software vendor (or its "business partners") to provide adequate professional services for the installation and configuration of the software, and for the migration from your existing system. And, if needed, customisation (which, hopefully, you can avoid).
Another possible concern is the database engine at the core of the RMA: is it a database engine your IT shop is comfortable supporting?
