I agree that Adobe Acrobat is a useful tool for bate stamping documents.

or Acrobat, add the Bates stamp, and use the standardized file? Besides, do
you want the numbered document to remain alterable? You can keep the

Hello,
I need to identify a tool that does Bates Stamping to electronic records in
various formats. I searched the archives of the list, but could not find
anything specific on the subject. My searches on the Internet did not yield
a lot of useful information, either. I have found about Summation, but it
seems to be too complex for our needs. I am also aware of the Adobe Acrobat
capabilities, which are not sufficient, as we need to stamp files in various
formats.
