Our client is seeking to fill a records manager position within their Princeton, NJ location. This candidate must have ten years plus experience of implementing record management programs on a corporate level. A bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science is also an advantage but not required. Major duties include but aren't limited to manage, develop, and sustain all records pertaining to technology systems accordingly with corporate requirements.

Records Manager Responsibilities:

 *   Lead the regional operation by implying and maintaining internal policies and compliances.
 *   Train employees on development and design of record management programs
 *   Analyze, identify and report trends affecting management content that require changes and risk
 *   Develop and prepare reports identifying compliance gaps and solutions to close gaps

Qualifications

 *   Certificate Records Manager (CRM) or equivalent accreditation (required)
 *   Ability to work in a team as well as independently
 *   Extensive knowledge of records management software
 *   Strong leadership, communication and organization skills
 *   Ability to demonstrate strategic and tactical thinking/problem solving skills
