A relative was on a group tour of Thailand a few years ago.  She needed to get some cash and went to a major international bank. Her credit card said "ASK FOR PHOTO ID" in the signature block  The bank made her sign her receipt with "ASK FOR PHOTO ID" because that was what was in the signature block!
