for healthcare organizations that are undertaking an IG journey.  While the
majority (66%) of organizations recognize the need to formalize Information
Governance best practices, of these only 43% have actually initiated a
formal IG program, and 22% have not initiated a program at all.  While the
need is recognized, the ability to execute lags behind.
