Makes me think the same thing as when I have seen the distinctive markings of an FRC (Federal Records Center) box by the side of the toad/highway. Once passed one on the interstate adjacent to the Pentagon!

Walking down the street I see a truck that has 1-800-Got Junk painted on the side.  Being loaded into the back are a lot of file boxes with files(from a law firm) in them.  Would you  be curious as to what the information is, where the boxes are going, how they are going to be disposed of? Or would you shrug and think, I hope there's not any confidential information in there? Or Not on my watch
