Under the Almost Never category, I would include media files.  I've tried really hard to get departments that need to keep video or voice recordings and pictures in specific folders/servers so that when we scan for these file extensions we can ignore those areas, knowing that they are business records.  Then we are just looking for people's play lists or vacation pictures to clean off the shared drives. 

I hate shared drives.
