Dearest Colleagues:

When we assign an Office of Record for a records series (or whatever term
you want to use), we do so to ensure someone is responsible for certain
lifecycle issues. That is the Principle of Accountability. Isn't it? I
cannot figure out where it fits because the Information Governance Maturity
Model does not consider this type of responsibility.

Any ideas?

Best wishes,

Carol
