From my hometown of New Haven -- Neapolitan thin crust pizza or as locals call it "apizza" (pron ah-beets) topped with either clams/ricotta cheese, bacon/eggplant, or simple grated cheese and red sauce. For summer, the Connecticut lobster roll - warm lobster meat drenched in melted butter on a grilled split-top hotdog bun...no mayo.
