Hello All,

Up here, it would probably be bannock, maybe with some blueberry or Saskatoon jam/preserves.  Or a dish with wild rice, which is common.  There's the always popular 'Indian Taco'--normal taco fillings on some sort of bannock or frybread.  Then there's the wildlife--pickerel, venison, the occasional moose.  Lots of hunters and fishers up here.
