Hello All,
I hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend.

Scott, sorry
for the late response – I finally had the time.

I
have lived in Georgia since 2003. The
distinction of using the word, ‘locals’, was simply to exclude tourists from those
of us living and working there that enjoy our local cultures and communities. No slight was intended on my part so if any
was inferred, my apologies.

Please
feel free to correct the audience regarding foods uniquely enjoyed by Georgians (born and bred like you). I am in DC right now for business but rest
assured that I will be talking to my born and bred friends when I get home (they may have to show me their birth certificates so that I can make sure). It seems that they
have miseducated me. Bonus: they will no longer get away with serving extremely SWEET
tea at every potluck, lunch, or dinner get-togethers….:J
If you start to feel Georgia on your mind, please come on down and experience the Southern Charm and be treated to the World of Coca-Cola, the mysteries of Savannah, and the Georgia Aquarium - the world's most inspiring aquarium (to name a very few).
