All,
  We are reviewing our technology outlook for the future and I was wondering if any municipalities and or utilities are currently using the application/deck and if you are willing to discuss implementation, lessons learned etc.  We are looking at implementing the records manager portion and already have data within content manager and looking for a plan on how to get files associated once file plans and disposition schedules are added, what works what does not, and any hints.
