 *Records Governance Manager* - Princeton NJ global client.

The selected candidate will possess *Records Management / Enterprise
Content Management* experience and leadership skills:


The Records Governance Manager role is to administer strategic priorities
of the clients Enterprise Content Management Program to align and comply
with Legal, Compliance and IT directives. The position is responsible for
leading, planning and managing the overall records management program
across the US Property & Casualty Operations.  The position will implement
the strategy and roadmap, analyze gaps, and monitor systems and programs to
improve governance and compliance throughout the organization.


·         Lead the regional implementation of the Enterprise Content
Governance Program which fully aligns with internal policies and ensures
content assets are well managed meeting external and client requirements.

·         Implement new or maintain existing administrative control
technology systems and business management practices for safeguarding all
records per corporate requirements (e.g. records retention schedules, email
archiving, enterprise tool for pdf conversion, offsite storage)

·         Design, develop and deliver the records management program
(periodic) training to content stewards and all employees.

·         Conduct forecasting and identify industry trends that affect
content management and communicate to management required changes and risks.

·         Support disaster preparedness; devise and implement the plan for
electronic records management.

·         Lead and direct staff (may or may not be a direct report:  e.g.
Content Stewards) in the execution of the Enterprise Content Governance
Program.
