Cadence Group is seeking two Sr. Electronic Records Management Subject Matter Experts, with CRM certification.

Details:
•	Work will be performed in Northern Virginia.
•	Estimated period of performance is September 2014-August 2015, with 3 possible option years.
•	The team will be implementing an electronic records management system for a Federal Agency.
•	Position is contingent upon contract award.

Minimum Requirements:
•	Bachelor or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university
•	At least ten (10) years of experience working with Federal Agencies
•	An active Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification from the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM)
•	Ability to independently apply subject matter expertise to various project / program initiatives; investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, or evaluate solutions for project / program efforts; provide expert-level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes; and have specialized expertise that may include, but not be limited to, the following functional areas: logistics, maintenance, supply, financial management, security management, information management, contracting, etc.
•	Knowledge of current standards and best practices and their implications for Web-Based, Collaborative Technologies in Records Management, Policy Design for Managing Electronic Messages, Vital Records Programs: Identifying, Managing, and Recovering Business-Critical Records
•	The ability to work collaboratively with Records Experts and Information Systems Professionals from various agencies
•	Experience with Federal Electronic Records Management. Recommendations should address work processes as appropriate, and ensure RMDA compliance with the Agency’s Architectural Framework standards
•	Experience proofing, revising, and editing reports, articles, manuals, specifications, presentation materials, and other technical documents
•	Experience using rough outlines and resource materials and interpreting information obtained through research or provided by technical specialists and applying knowledge of AIS documentation content and format standards to prepare, edit and publish technical materials
•	Knowledgeable of publication tools to include, but not limited to Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
