The Senior Manager, Records Management is responsible for managing and
implementing on a global basis a records management program, including
records management  policies, standards, procedures, and retention
schedules that combine human processes and technological capabilities to
provide a comprehensive, flexible, and cost-effective solution for records
management. This position also has overall responsibility for ensuring that
the Company is able to comply with its records management requirements and
applicable laws. This position manages the Records Manager who is
responsible for working closely with business unit stakeholders to create
and execute plans for the proper management and disposition of records and
information, paper and electronic, on-site and off-site, in accordance with
the established corporate policies and procedures.



This position is located in Houston, Texas and reports to the Chief
Compliance Counsel.
